Features a post today on Posh Spice's breast implants presenting the opinion that they have been removed.
I'd bet Posh had silicone gel implants placed many years ago and they had developed capsular contracture or hardening. These scar capsules were likely removed and the implants replaced. Significant contracture like this is one of the risks of silicone gel-filled implants that occurs more frequently than with their saline-filled counterparts.
