There’s still no official bun in the oven, but sources close to Angelina Jolie say she’s not only with child, she’s facing a high-risk pregnancy. Life & Style reports that with twins — or possibly even triplets — on the way, Angelina and Brad Pitt are taking every safeguard to ensure the health of their babies-to-be.

“Angelina’s had some scary moments over the past few weeks,” a family friend shared with the magazine. “She’s been cramping, and each time she’s called her doctor immediately to ask if that’s normal. But every ultrasound so far has looked fine.”
