Tori Spelling before and after rhinoplasty
Before rhinoplasty Tori Spelling had wider nostrils and wider tip. Now her nose looks more defined both in the tip and in the bridge, but suprisingly it looks more twisted than before. Why isn't she going for a revision rhinoplasty to correct the deviation?

I find that most people generally looked better before the surgery, I guess I am a naturalist. I had breast reduction done by an 'aesthetic' plastic surgeon. he took me from 42DD down to a more manageable 34D. it would have been great but... the areas where the drains were placed created 'wings' on my sides, not too awfully aesthetic to say the least. And.. one nipple/areola area died, turned black, I got gangrene[which he euphemistically called fat necrosis] and he took the nipple away. so what I got for my pain and cash was a mess I dont care to look at in the mirror. I am embarrassed and saddened and cant afford to get it fixed. Unless its something re constructive, I do NOT recommend this type of surgery.
It was really an great result. She looks so gorgeous and beautiful after having done the nose surgery.
